Key Contract Information
Before signing the sales contract, please be aware of the following important points:
- No Returns: Once a puppy leaves our care, we do not accept returns. We encourage you to carefully consider your decision before adopting.
- Down Payment: A $450.00 non-refundable down payment is required to reserve your puppy.
- Puppy Preparation: All puppies have received core vaccinations, tails docked, and have been dewormed.
- Remaining Balance: The remaining balance of $550.00 is due upon pick up or prior to pick up.

Buyer Responsibilities
As a responsible breeder, we expect our puppy buyers to be fully prepared for their new family member. This includes:
- Preparation: Having all essential supplies ready before the puppy arrives, including food and water bowls, puppy-safe toys, a comfortable bed, and a crate.
- Communication: Maintaining open and effective communication with us, especially during the initial adjustment period.
- Realistic Expectations: Understanding that bringing a puppy home requires patience, training, and socialization.
- Safe Environment: Preparing a secure, appropriately sized crate with a cozy blanket inside.
- Quiet Environment: Facilitating a quiet house with few visitors initially so the puppy can adjust.
- Training and Socialization: Dedicating the first few weeks to consistent training and socialization.
